Abbyshot Eleventh Doctor Tweed

Im wondering if anyone has bought the abbyshot replica of the Eleventh Doctors tweed? Im looking to buy it soon, seeing as I can't afford the actual tweed, can someone post pictures of the jacket for me? In wondering how screen accurate it is, and I can't find any pictures besides the ones from abbyshot.

Bump-ity-bump-bump!

Thought I'd revive this guys - 'cause clearly someone must have bought one of these jackets! I too am thinking of getting one, but really I can't trust the doctored images on their website, some real, un-stages pictures of the jacket would be very helpful!

I've seen it in person, and honestly. It is lacking, the tweed isn't the original one, and has some flaws. The buttons aren't really correct, and the cut is wrong. I'd HIHGLY reccomend going the extra step and getting one of Steve Ricks' tweed jackets, they use the original tweed, it's tailored and the cut is much more accurate. I'm genuinely considering going that route, but with difference of £250 I think it's silly not to take a good look at the Abbyshot first. From the pictures I'm happy enough with the cut, the buttons can be replaced, and the only real issue I can see affecting me it the wrongly-spaced horizonntal lines (although it's something I can live with). It's the colour I'm most interested in getting a better look at ;)

I honestly cant afford to get his jacket, otherwise I would. I can live with the cut being slightly wrong, the buttons look "ok" to me, but I'm wondering about the color on the jacket?

Okay, someone HAS to have bought the jacket.. Right? :confused

Guess they're all staying quiet :/ That or they are living in fear of Steve Ricks lol :)

I'll try e-mailing Abbyshot for some better pics, perhaps they'll be willing to give out some un-staged ones.

lol :lol That would be great! Maybe a couple pictures in different lighting too would be helpful

Another option if you're on a budget would be to find a good lookalike tweed online or at a local fabric shop and send it to Baron Boutique to have it made. That way it will fit you properly.

For some reason, I can never find a close-enough fabric for the jacket that I'm happy with. The Abbyshot is close enough to tide me over for a while, but I'm sure once I can afford to have the jacket made, I'll buy the real fabric and get it made :wacko
