I am working on my ANH Chewbacca Bowcaster prop build, and I signed up on the Bowcaster's part run offered by Jawajawa827. He is doing several aluminum parts, but there are some parts that were missing and I decided to make two that were not part of his run on my own to complete my Bowcaster, and I would like to offer them to other members. The trigger assembly is made of a block of aluminum, using a 3 Axis CNC machine, using a REAL vintage Horton crossbow I purchased years ago, and duplicated the original trigger assembly without the trigger lock mechanism. The trigger is spring loaded and fits perfectly any Horton crossbow frame and the resin casting Horton crossbow frame replica offered by Jerry Gordon, which is the frame that most of us are using with our build. Here are some pictures. I am also making the rear stock clip, I will post pictures soon, is made of stainless steel.
