Well, you need 44 special rounds, not 44 magnum. 44 special are shorter. Brownells makes some cool looking 44 special dummy rounds you might like.

You could consider cutting the magnum shells down to the proper length. .44 Spl cases are 29 mm (1,16") from top to base.
HereView attachment IMG_20161208_165214.jpg are the ones I purchased. They look pretty okay, don't they? But are too big. They were sold where it was specifically stated that they are for BR Blasters.

I'm not sure how difficult it would be to import inert refunds into Germany, I'm sure you could find out what's required.
Here's a source for .44 SPECIAL rounds. The holes drilled into the side clearly indicate that they cannot easily be converted into live-fire ammo

If obtaining inert ammo is a problem, maybe get some snapcaps? They are plastic or aluminum cartridges designed to fit perfectly and protect the firing pin. They could just be painted to look accurate?
