I want to build a space marine suit out of eva foam but I cannot seem to find the foam files for an 8 foot space marine. I would really like the space marine to be between 7ft and 8ft and I need the pepakura files to be in foam. Can anyone post a link? I can only find paper files for these, and again the one I found was for a 5'11" space marine. Thank you for any help.

You can scale up the files to meet your dimensional requirements. You are using pepakura correct? If so, you can change the scale in the 2d menu tab at the top. Just make sure to copy and paste the scale factor into each piece to make sure that they are all sized the same.

The one I found was scaled for 5'6" scale size is 768. In the link it says 5'6" though

5'6" = 66 inches, scale size is 768

I want this to be 7'6"ft tall

so do I do the math like this?

768 / 66inches which gives 11.636363 scale value per inch

I need 7.5ft whish is 90inches

90 * 11.636363 = 1047.2727

Is that the math for scaling Pepakura?

Your math is correct from what I can see, its what i do but scaling a Pep can be tricky. What you have to remember is when scaling Pep, is thet when you scale up/down, it scales in 3 dimensions, length, width, and height. So if you need to scale it up to be taller, it will also scale wider and thicker. Take the chest plate for example, to get it tall enough, it will also spread out under your armpits and make your arms stick out funny. :/

So scaling up that much in Pep might give you some pretty wonky armor. If you have any kind of 3D modeling software available, like 3Ds Max, you can import the file into it and tweak the X, Y, and Z scale accordingly, but then when you put it back into Pep Viewer, but you lose your original scale and it must be scaled back to original size with the math you did. So taking a model up this much of a jump is probably not the best idea im afraid, Im just trying to save you a lot of work and disappointment. I do hope you find what your looking for and get this Space Marine up and walking some day.

For all the trouble you'll go through to scale the pep, you could probably just make patterns yourself that would correctly fit your body.
