Check out the video showing the faceplate hinge system in action. I will be selling the hardware for this system shortly for both previous and new buyers. I'm just waiting for a few things I ordered to come in and will update the thread when the kit is ready. The kit will include the jaw hinge, magnets, chicago screws and parts needed to attach the faceplate. At this time the hardware kit costs $25 (incl shipping).
And of course a tutorial will be made available to all buyers as well.
If you are not familiar with why this helmet is so unique, the faceplate only uses a single hinge on each side and actually utilizes the track in the top of the helmet.

All items will be cast in black onyx.
The helmet should fit up to a 24" head in case anyone was curious.
Cost for a raw helmet including hinges is $200 + shipping. I require $100 deposit to secure your spot and the rest is due when it's ready to ship.
