Well, it's been nearly two year (two years?!?) since I posted an update. For the longest time "White 3P0" has been sitting in a case in my den - fully clad in white, but not really finished. I decided to try and clear some old projects off the books and dug him out. Initially, this variant was going to disassemble to reveal stuff in the brain as well as the neck. I jettisoned that idea (partially because getting it to disassemble was a pain and the fact that I used part of the inner neck on another (stalled) project.

I wound up redoing the eye electronics and weathering him. Took a few photos this weekend. Here's a teaser -
