3D rendering and rapid protyping? Anyone have one of these machines?

I am looking to have something made but there is some fine detail involved and I was wondering if anyone here had access to a rapid prototyping machine. I know we have a few industry pros here and some hobbyist with some nice tech at their disposal.

I have an MDX-15. It is a subtractive rapid prototyping machine. Unfortunately I am very short on spare time. What do you have in mind? Do you already have it on the computer?
