300 Spartan Helmet (pepakura)?????

Folks,

Thinking of building a 300 helmet. Hoping to find a pepakura file to help with proportions.
Does anyone out there have one or know if one exists?

I made a full helmet plus a couple masks for my sister's swim team. I just made these cutouts, and had them fastened with velcro. Worked great.

Might sound nuts, but the chewie underskull will make a good base for starting a 300 helmet!:lol

Not that anyone may care, but the costumes in 300, including the helmets, were totally unauthentic, and looked nothing like what the Spartans actually wore in the actual battle. I supplied correct Spartan equipment for one of the History Channel documentaries on the real '300' which we filmed in Malta, which mached the real terain quite well. Contrary to popular belief, they wore body armor, not black silk panties, and the Persians were humans (not orcs), and probably didn't have flute playing goats to supply music for nightly orgies. Sounds similar to the Spartan used in Deadliest warrior (Spartan Vs Ninja)!
