2015 My Buzz Lightyear Costume for this year

I wish I took more WIP photos, but here is the final product. It also had workng laser and sound affects in the right arm. You can see the wire.

Thats a great costume! How long did it take you to build and what was the material? looks a lot like EVA foam?

Took about 6 weeks lots of coats of paint. It's made from L200 yes. Even the backpack is made up of two 1" blocks of L200 sandwiched together.

Thanks so much! I used the paper craft that's floating out there for some parts, but most of it unfortunately was custom. I did lots of paper patterning to get the fit right.
