Okay, so these are just a copy of the screen used postcard that came up for auction.
Not especially high quality, but I was hoping someone might clean up the text on the front and repost it.
(The side with the buildings)

Thanks. I like the stamp, especially.

But the text on the building side is still very rough. I can't identify the font, the text needs retyped.

Okay, I improved the black shell vertical strip and the "Dolphin Hotel" is better. I just need that final strip of black text.

Kicking an old thread here. Looking to make a replica of this postcard myself, but I have quite a lot of trouble finding some better versions of the pictures. I started with the left one, which is a picture of the New Yorker Hotel. Found loads of pictures of it, but not the one in the postcard. The top right picture is of the New Yorks skyline with the Chrysler Building in the middel. Also there: loads of pictures, but didn't find the correct one.

Are there people here on the forum with "mad image searching skills" that would be able to find the pictures that were used in the postcard online (if these are out there to begin with)?

I have no clue what's in the bottom right picture. Seems like the lobby of an hotel (also the New Yorker? I have no idea...)

I wish we had the original post card!

The outside shots might be findable. But the lobby....not likely. You would have to google "name-of-hotel lobby" and since we don't know the name of the hotel, googling "hotel lobby" would be useless.

In the Uncharted free paper props, someone found the exact beach picture for THAT postcard. Maybe drum up some of that talent and see if they can help here.

---edit--

By the way, watch out for the alternate postcard that appears production made. Here's the postcard that is circulating and the screen cap. You can see the top right picture of the city is different.
Other differences are that there is a small white border on each side of the vertical "shell" strip. But on the alternate card, the shell strip border is black and goes right up against the pictures. Production made, probably, but definitely not screen accurate.

the lobby in the postcard looks like the one they used in the film, the ground floor of the Reform Club in London:

I believe it is that exact hallway/walkway. All details seem to line up, even colors.
Looking closer I actually think it's the ground floor seen in the postcard, you can see the notice board and some weird wooden structure on the right (I added a new pic in my original post)

Well, I was way wrong on how hard that lobby would be. Now, can you get the other two pics?

hmm...trying to overlay the above pic is showing major perspective differences. The shot appears to be from the wrong angle/perspective.

I actually think the photograph posted by Moviefreak is flipped and not of the actual corner, if you look at the way the text on the notice board is aligned right to left and you compare the paintings to this photograph, and also on the left you can see the stairs, while in the picture I posted it would be a mirror

( I actually think the door we're looking for is on the opposite side of the stairs)
1650790012740.png Of course this doesn't really help us find the actual picture haha

yeah, we’ve narrowed it down to the lobby used but I doubt we will find the right photo used. They probably had a production assistant or prop maker walk in, snap a photo, and walk out. It may never have been shared publicly. Maybe if someone on the RPF lives close to the place, they could go in with reference and try to shoot the exact angle.

Making some different screens for Mike Enslins cell phone.

I updated the city side to be better and made the bottom right room better as well. (in the previous post)

Here is the Hero prop picture from the auction website, and mine. I think I cleaned it up nicely while preserving the overall accuracy.
