11th Doctor Tool Belt?

Has anyone been able to ID, or get a clear pic, of the tool belt the 11th Doctor wears when working on the TARDIS? God, I'd love to do that costume.

I went to the Dr Who Experience in London and unfortunately it wasn't one of the costume items on display.

I now have this mental image of someone dressed like that and suspended in the harness and nonchalantly carrying out 'repairs' in various locations around a convention.

I'm 99% sure they're a pair of Elope goggles just slightly modified. Compare this screencap with these goggles. Look at the bumps on the side of the eyecups.
