1/35 LIS Chariot, nice little kit with extras

I had waited for many years and had a pre-order for Moebius's kit that never was and so happy that someone took on the project....(y)
Doll & Hobby did a very nice job with this kit, especially when you consider it's size. It is a simple kit and I just can't build an "out of box"
version and will focus on the mods I plan to add, hope it's of some interest....
I added both headlights and spotlights to build, glad the plastic is soft, had to add a better grill while I was at it.

Here is the next update of my small Chariot build. I can't remember the last time I did a "out of box" build and I wanted this one to move like my 1/24 Moebius Chariot does, you can find that video at the beginning of my "youtube" videos (teslabe7701), I did it 12 years ago....o_O I could not find wheels to fit the scale and had to print them myself at about 16mm, I think they turned out ok.

Your motor drive assembly unit is that a custom build or a kit and what type of board are you using to control the motors?

The motor/gearboxes are not custom, I bought a bag full of these off ebay back when I was working on my 1/6 Moebius B-9's
crown animation around January 2014, I believe they came from a discontinued product or an overproduction, I've not seen them again.
The ESC for the motors are from DasMikro, I bought those back in 2018 when I was upgrading my Moebius 1/25 Chariot's receiver/motor drive
and they are not being produced any longer.

There are tiny esc's available that would work for this application, but i have not found a small 130/180 size 90 degree gearbox that would work yet. still looking.

Yes, there are tiny esc boards out there, but I think you'll find them to be for single brushed dc motors. This board was only 23mm x 19mm and dual motor with built-in mixing.
