1:18 SUNSTAR BACK TO THE FUTURE DELOREAN - LED/lights

Hi guys, can anyone help me, I'm trying to find the right LED kits so I can add lights to the 1:18 SUNSTAR BACK TO THE FUTURE DELOREAN. I'm not sure if anyone has done anything like this but maybe you can point me to some parts that I could get to install on the diecast.

Those bands were done with EL wire.

I had the same kit years ago when I wanted to do an amazing sunstar DeLorean and the kit comes with aqua, or some such colour EL wire, the inverter and a battery pack, and you can see the cables running out of the bottom of the car in that video. Probably a good idea to make a base and thread them through, and perhaps wire a cool on/off switch.
