1:1 Temple of Doom Indiana Jones

Your ToD Indy is amazing! I was looking to buy the Harrison Ford bust off ebay but I held off to buy the winged cherubs from the Arc instead. Still trying to afford a full size Arc too but it's a long time coming. Anyhow, great job man!!!

On the elbow question, I've had some success in the past with sawing the arm in two at the elbow joint (at a slight angle / \ to allow for movement) then hot-gluing some bendy foam cables (don't know their official title) in each section of the arm, allowing for elbow movement. A bunch of them together are more than strong enough to hold any pose you like. It worked well for me at least.

If you can't source the bendy foam things, I suppose you could use some foam pipe insulation with doubled-up wire inside (coathanger wire perhaps?), it would do the same job.

throwmetheidol - Thank you :D

Imhotep72 - Magnoli is the man! Quality stuff! Thanks :) - wow a full size ark?! That would be so cool to have! I've seen those cherubs on ebay a few times, they look great!

jp3rks - many many thanks! It's the culmination of many years of work and collecting.

JediTrainer - Thank you! I was so worried about painting him, that I just left it white for 5 years :D - I only recently gathered my nerve to do it.

Al Elliott - Thank you for the tips! I'll try and look for that. I never considered using coathanger wire, that is definitely an option. Thanks.

I'd really like to bend his arm so he could have the whip hanging over his shoulder like the final scene in the village in ToD.

toothboy - Many many thanks! :D he brings a smile to my face everytime I walk by him in the corridor.

BTW: That is one freaky avatar you've got!! hahaha!
