1:1 Silicone Indiana Jones Bust... New Pics!

Thanks guys!

I did notice that I had completely overlooked his eyebrows with working on the beard so long :confused So I went in and finished them off correctly... they are now lower and the correct shape, oops!

Looks fantastic Howard!! The man can do no wrong.:thumbsup

I absolutely love it :love!!

Your work is always amazes me Howard!! You can tell right away how much time and dedication you put into each piece and this one is no different. Incredible job on Indy!! :cool

That looks awesome Howard! Sculpt is dead-on perfect and it looks amazing with all the clothes. Now that you started casting in silicone - you just stepped in to a world with endless possibilities! Your hair work also looks very professional.

One little problem on Indy..when casted in silicone - I think there is a slight problem with the skin tone that looks off..might be the mixture of silicone -not sure what exactly it is but there is something that makes it look artificial. It might even be a problem with the way photos were taken. How does it look in real-life?

The skin looks horrible in person... :lol What do you think I'm going to say to you? Of course it looks great in person, why would I spend three weeks punching hair into a bust that's color was not quite right? :D

Just can't stop looking...!

Love how the beard glistens like real whiskers, and looks like there's bits of blonde and maybe even a touch of grey (?) in there. HIGHLY realistic!

The different hair colors used...

The beard was a heavier hair with darker browns, black and grays.

The eyebrows were a lighter brown with some blonde hairs blended in and the hair itself was real fine.

The main hair is dark brown... which is wrong (his hair was dusty brown). I'm thinking I might actually dye it because it's real human hair and I'd hate to waste a perfectly good silicone bust because the hair is too dark ;)

Rob, I'll call you today...

It's definately one of the, if not the most realistic I have seen. Love the hairs and colours used even if the hair will be changed to be more accurate.

There is something about the eyebrows.. but I am getting picky now. Overall... excellent work as always :thumbsup
