1:1 Pfeiffer Catwoman UPDATE pg. 3

here's a look at my Pfeiffer Catwoman...I'll still tweak little things here and there...been taking my usual "let me eyes rest" breaks....going to sculpt the cowl after I pull a hardcopy so I can have a masked version and an unmasked version....I'm quickly finding out it's very tricky sculpting a female likeness rather than a male likeness because the more detail you add the less feminine the face start to look...learning that less is more....here's some WIP shots...more updates coming soon

Re: 1:1 Pfeiffer Catwoman

That looks GREAT, dude. She was my favorite on-screen incarnation of this character, even though I wasn't wild about how Burton messed around with her origins...

Re: 1:1 Pfeiffer Catwoman

yeah and remember the more detail you add the older she will look. keep that in mind...

Re: 1:1 Pfeiffer Catwoman

Yeah....that is an amazing bust...I love the facial detail the lips the cheeks everything, very well done!!

Id personally like the version of he towards the end of the film with her hair coming through the mask and her stitches popped open...it was hott to say the least...

Holy bat crap batman.

That is absolutely awesome.

I can actually see Pfeiffer in your sculpt without having to imagine.

Very nice :)

I'm going to go for the smeared make-up look like at the end of the film..but I want an unmasked version..like on the cover to the Femme Fetales magazine

I'm really excited to see this one finished..don't think there's been a 1:1 Pfeiffer since Mike Hill did his ...want to do a Penguin at some point too :thumbsup

Re: 1:1 Pfeiffer Catwoman WIP

Once you do penguin you'll be out of Burton characters to sculpt... unless there is an Alexander Knox sculpt waiting to happen. ;)

actually was thinking about doing an Edward Scissorhands ....my gf L-O-V-E-S Johnny Depp...she really freaked out over Howard S. silicone Jack Sparrow...but I may also do another Nicholson Joker someday too:love

Re: 1:1 Pfeiffer Catwoman WIP

Christopher Walken as Max Schrek! :angel

You're off to a wonderful start with the Catwoman. Not many 1:1 scale female sculpts out there and this on is looking to be one really nice piece!

Re: 1:1 Pfeiffer Catwoman WIP

I'd love to see you move onto "theoretical" Burton villains.

Billy Dee as Two Face would be pretty cool to see in "real life".

A Burton style Mr. Freeze would be stunning as well.

hmm...that's not a bad idea...a 1:1 Billy Dee Two-Face would be pretty cool

Re: 1:1 Pfeiffer Catwoman WIP

a little update...softened the lines around the mouth refined the facial features a little bit...the eyes still need to be cleaned up.....
