    I seem to remember getting the same message a few years ago, about the ANH TK ensembles. A year later I gave up out of sheer frustration and got a refund.

    Sorry, but Anovos simply does not care. To their credit, they are getting better at sending emails, albeit with recycled excuses, but bottom line, they are telling you to suck it up and wait or put in a request for refund.

    from posts in the FB groups, it would appear most are getting an email stating there will be further delays due to "unexpected production delays". I'm not sure how anyone can possibly find delays from Anovos "unexpected" these days. It's the standard for them.

    Ordered OT TK ensemble on May 2nd, 2015. Still waiting. Not a word from Anovos as to why they keep pushing back the promised delivery date. Klassy with a 'K'.
