Re: Irom Man helmet made of alluminum sheet Please don't paint that! Its going to look incredible! You can use some aluminum "all metal" body filler over epoxy on the joints on top of the helmet. It wont look like raw aluminum but it dries silver. amazing work.

I gorilla glued a big patch on the sleeve of my jacket.. I've had it for years and wore it in the garage all last winter working on cars and have washed it a hundred times.

now you have a deadline... that always helps me get motivated

very impressive.. The foam work is amazing.

I'm currently pepping the white ranger helmet.. holy **** its a chore.. But as a kid I always loved Tommy, so it will be worth it
