Nice, that's actually how I learned to do pepakura and bondo was from someone doing a YouTube video on halo armor making.

I've never cast anything before, I'm a quick learner so I might have to look into it. What do you use to make the final cast from?

Ok so when i started this build i knew it was going to be heavy, unfortunately i did not expect it to be this heavy. so i was hoping to pull from the community to see if anyone else has had trouble with extremely heavy costumes and how did you solve the weight issues. I'm thinking of some sort...

did a little more work. started one of the shoulder balls and worked on the helmet, had to fill in the gaps in the back. here are some pics of what i have so far laid out. . still have a lot to do but its starting to look like a suit.
