You could get a fine detailing paintbrush, like the kind you'd use on a model, and just tape off either side of the line you want and just do it that way. That way you don't have to worry about spraying it and getting droplets over the rest of the helmet.
For your cut lines I would suggest to just build up the low spots you want with bondo and then sand back down to get a more seamless look. Just a thought is all.
Just a little update....The build is not dead, just delayed as I wait to reclaim my garage from all the belongings currently stored in there.
I will also be creating a duct tape mannequin in order to further things as well.
There is a feature in Designer that auto flips it for you, in the "Others" drop down menu there is something called invert pattern. This will flip it for you and you won't have to worry about matching up inside out. But once you flip it you will have to reset all the pieces to fit on the paper...
It's no big worry dude. I could have had my kids iron man suit done, but life happens. Now I've got a bathroom remodel and various yard projects right now. And don't feel bad, I haven't touched the suit since last November.
Hey made, how's things been? Any progress on this? I know it was a heck of a winter season for me, I only hope yours was better. I'm dyin to know if you've gotten any further.

Things have actually gotten better. I've managed to work things out with my wife and even though I'm not back in the house now, I will be shortly and will be able to continue my kids Iron WOman suit hopefully by Halloween this year.
Thank you for your concern.
That project was put on (possible) permanent hold. Later that Nov my wife and I separated. So I've lost all inclination to continue work on it or anything else for the time being. But I keep checking back here for updates.
One day I may finish it and continue to work on my Robocop suit and...
If anyone is actually following this thread, or who might be just looking at it. I have made more progress since the last post. But due to a pending divorce I will not be making any new updates for a while. I hope to finish off my build and this thread eventually, but in the meantime I have to...
I've also got a thread up chronicling this build. But here is the best pic I have right now. I wasn't able to make it by Halloween, but it'll be ready for Emerald City Comic Con. I've actually got more done than the thread...I just need to take more pics and post them up.
Re: Pep to Molded Plastics War Machine,Gatling Gun,Stronger Mount and Other WM Weapon
No I totally understand too. I just laugh though cause some of the other guys have a last update from 2013. But I agree, I'd rather go back and make a thread after I had completed something. I started my own...
