No its just display, it buckles in the back

The boots where the easy part, its just some sintra overlay bolted to atv riding boots

Its nice for its strength and sets up pretty quick it was just too flexible for what we were initially using it for, but for a prop blaster I think it would be perfect

I used a skate helmet as a base, a pair of safety glasses for the lens,and a bunch of Sintra plastic. If you want I have some in progress pics, not as many as I would have liked I only had 3 weeks to build and paint both sets of armor
