Do what I did for my Vader. Get a pair of boots about two sizes too large. Have a cobbler build up the heels to 2". Then add 2" elevator lifts to the inside of the boots. This will give you 4" in lift without the "Frankenstein" look to your footwear. The oversize boots will give you room enough...
