I'll second this one. Used CC for a few years now and never had an issue with it.. Lasts for ages too. Another cheaper option is neat washing up liquid.

They are identical helmets, apart from the EFX one is painted in ESB colours. As for cheap AOTC lid... get the voice changer one and mod the hell out of it... fairly easy to do too.
