Very nice work. It's great to see people who actually have a passion for this stuff get commissioned to do it.

Tron (1982) Kevin Flynn Red/Gray Jacket.

Nice job. I think DavidYR1 was working on these years back, but got pushed by the wayside like a lot of projects.

Tron Costume **Working on Shoulder Pad**

Re: Tron Costume Work your cut foam areas with some course sandpaper...that might help smooth out your cuts. I also wonder if any sort of solvents might "melt" it a little. Like trying some acetone or something. After sanding and getting it more finished, using a paint brush and a solvent...

Tron Costume **Working on Shoulder Pad**

Re: Tron Costume I used a lot of 2 part quick set epoxy to get mine set. I made a "template" from one piece of test foam, and then cut another for my final. One thing that helped me with the ear holes was using a dremel tool. It allowed me to finely adjust the holes and edges. I had a...

Tron Costume **Working on Shoulder Pad**

Re: Tron Costume I just painted the foam with white spray paint. These were yellow puzzle piece kids' playground tiles. The foam is very stiff, so it holds the paint well.

    TRON Props

How about some pics like these: The disc in the second pic is what you're talking about. Someone around here has/had an original foam disc and he made some castings that went for around $100-120. I don't remember who he was, but maybe he'll chime in. Derek

Re: How obscure is too obscure and which one would look more badA$$-Death Race Costum "Chicken gang"...."Chicken in a basket!"...."Chicken in a casket!" God my friends and I used to watch that movie every friday night in my basement. It's so awful that it's a work of art. It's one of the...
