So, in case anyone is still wanting cheap Jack swords, I have a super cheap way ($5 max) I purchased a toy 'Ninja' sword, and also a toy 'Pirate' sword. I cut the handle off the pirate one, and connected it to the ninja blade.... end result looks like this: Hope this helps...
