Here's a quick update on the grenade launcher. I'm using expanded pvc for the first time and I love it, I'd definitely recommend everyone try this stuff.

I'm not sure if you can get replacement parts, but I'd try ebay. For the blade youll have to buff out the scratches. I would wet sand the blade starting with 800 grit. Use circular motions. For the bottom you can repaint it with gloss black enamel paint. To finish it off, buff the metal parts...
