Undercoat the shell with a mixture of whit green and yellow acrylic paint.

Cover the entire body with newspaper pieces and a 2:1 pva:water mix and let that dry overnight.
Hot glue shell dome supports and then hot glue the shell body to this.
On a new piece of card, draw around the body of the shell, marking out the shell edge and strap holes
