As I mentioned in other post the curved cross guard is thicker than the real WETA workshop film prop to make it stronger and give room for the inscriptions around the edge. Look how that blue pail is somehow reflected! Its great how nearby colors are refracted by the tape which I got onto the blade much better than I though I would. Getting little folds in the tape is what I am trying to keep to a minimum.
