The Elven Ruin lettering was created with a dremel rotary tool and are the real inscription from the LOTR films Glamdring markings that read:
"Turgon King [of] Gondolin wields, has and holds
[the] sword Glamdring, Foe [of] Morgoth's realm, hammer to [the] orcs"
BTW the markings here are not all finished...The ruins on the left end of the cross guard haven't had a final pass of the metal tape pushed into the Dremeled groves of the ruins as they are near the handle ...I used a very blunt pencil to carefully push the tape into the grooves without breaking it.
