Next is the side panels !!!
i used lino vinyl flooring as its 3mm thick !!!
i then glued to a piece of insulation (kingspan) it cuts and sands real easy !!!
it took me ages measuring and cutting all the ting parts !!!

i used layers and layers of latex to make a mold as i need 8x of these panels !!!
i brushed the panel with talc powder before painting the latex on !

the mold came out ok, but just wasn't stable enough to hold liquid to cast anything !!!
so in the bin with that !!!
i then made another 7 more panels with vinyl and kingspan !!!!! hours and hours of measuring and cutting and gluing !!!!

i used one of my old shirts and then mixed some uni-bond PVA glue to soak the shirt and drape over the body carving and formed the creases to match from pics online !!!
long slow process !!! just when you get one crease right you do the next one and mess up the last crease !!!
i did the same process with the trousers !!!
