Finally have blasters on hand!

Anyway, the master was scratchbuilt by a friend of mine using wood, pvc, eva foam.

A mold was made of the master, then cast in plaster to sharpen details, define casting lines etc. Then new molds were made and these are the first castings. Leg mount is made up of a solid resin main body with a mild steel bracket plate.

Experimented with vacuforming acrylic bubble lenses. Full credit for the method goes to Thorssoli. Thanks for sharing!

What is the brand and of the flexible fiberglass resin you are using? Maybe a shot of container. I'm sure I'm not the only one wondering.

Quick comparison: Anovos on the left, me in my armor on the right. Disclaimer #1: I did not use any Anovos photos for reference during my build out of respect for the sculptors of Anovos. Nor did i have access to any piece of Anovos armor while sculpting my armor. Disclaimer #2: I'm having wardrobe malfunctions because i was late and in a hurry suiting up. I didn't notice my left shin was twisted and open, and my thighs were sagging down a bit.
