Quick HIC / Han Solo In Carbonite Question

Howdy all,

We are getting down to the end of our HIC build. I have a question about the small gaps between the rubber Han and the edge of the Zenith box. Han doesn't fit stone perfect so what do you suggest to use to blend him where there are small gaps?

I actually just used the han pieces and not the full han parts, and recreated the carbonite texture with elmers glue. I like the caulk idea.
