Looking for a master modeler

I am looking to commission a master modeler to build, light, weathered battle damage paint and design (or have designed) a cool base for a Bad-Azz 1/2500 scale Galactica for my showpiece for my office. I am not looking for a toy look but more of a replica.

This is not a cheap kit to begin with and I have purchased QMX replicas before so I know a custom build will cost money, I am just having a problem finding and trusting the right individual or company without references. A point in the right direction or to a website would be greatly appreciated.
