"Captain America, how exciting!" TWS TFA Rescue USO and Ultimates WW2

Re: "Captain America, how exciting!" Now with Winter Soldier Concept Art

I went back and redid Card 8.
It was done in three layers. The first was the image of the Cap and the baby used in the eFx advertisement, the second was an opaque brown layer, and the third was a screen capture or the poster and easel, turned black and white.
Could not use a straight screen cap since it would result in an inappropriate up-skirt shot.

This is the only damaged card that I plan to do since I didn't like killing off of Agent Coulson.

Free shipping if you order the cards from eFx's website or save $2 when ordering from Amazon. :thumbsup

The first card is the Ultimates Cap and Motorcycle toy inserted into a historic photo from the Ardennes.

The second is an easy guess, just erased the text bubble.
If anyone has printed these yet you can tell that they are scaled too large. I just did a test print today and sorry but they need to be reduced to the proper size.
I guess working big and then reducing will hide some of the errors.

Do we remember the lesson of December 7th?
Never Forget.

Sorry the title doesn't correlate with the current work, guess that is part of the Christmas surprise.

The cards are an expanded extension of the set in the Avengers. I doubt they will appear in Winter Soldier.
I'll return to the C.A. Winter Soldier helmet and uniform after the first of the year, just have to keep the area clean for the holidays.

Hope the power stays on long enough for this to post. :angry

Haha, wicked awesome. Permission to print them out for my own use?

Re: "Captain America, how exciting!" Now with Winter Soldier Concept Art

Do believe that's the plan or at least what I intended.
That's why I didn't mark then up with watermarks.

Everyone, Thanks for the interest and all the views over 25,000.

Re: "Captain America, how exciting!" Now with Winter Soldier Concept Art

I will say that my execution wasn't well thought out. The original intent was one a day until Christmas. :cool
But then I'm not going to be home for Christmas. :cry :confused
So I have to do two a day to accomplish my holiday goal.

Did a test run and HP Laserjet Pro 200 with gloss card stock sucks.
I wanted the back flat and the front glossy but the printing on the gloss photo side comes off when coming out of the printer.
Need to get different paper.

Thirty One for the days of December… There is no worth in that. Remember!
Thirty Two, because the Red, White and Blue will come through for me and you.

First day back and I put the new printer to good use.

Put the laptop and Itunes to good use and found the on film appearance of Card 8. Thank goodness for the pause button or it would have been gone in a flash.

So after using Adobe Creative Suite Premium and a color laser printer here are two examples of the fakes next to the real Efx cards.

And, No, the real cards have yet to leave the plastic.
