I hope that in the final post production of the film they can at least tweak the digital effects to make it more convincing!

Ryu, I work in visual effects, and I can tell you that most "special effectsie blockbuster movies" are worked on up until the last few weeks before release. A lot can change from when the first trailer is cut.
