Wiring with 120V AC, advice requested - Vacuuforming related

How about this? Of course I can ground the green wires in a gang box should I chose to use one.

^ You could omit the plug between the heating elements and the switched extension cord, connecting the heating elements in parallel before the switch. I like the idea of dividing the vac and heaters between two circuits.
 
^ No, that won't work for the two heating elements (you've effectively connected them in series).

Coming from the sockets, what you want to do is connect the two black wires together, the two green wires together, and the two white wires together. From each pair, run a single wire to your plug, adding a switch where appropriate.

You never put a switch on the neutral side (white)

Always bet on black.....
