Styrofoam Vault Door

Honestly, I have to say this is a pretty useful tutorial. I actually think you're following in the tradition of John Carpenter by using styrofoam for props (in his student film turned feature film Dark Star, Carpenter used styrofoam packaging ends for the spacesuit pack used by Dolittle and Talby, amongst other items)
