Spirit Halloween Ghostbusters Ecto Goggles mod

I modified my Spirit Halloween Ecto-Goggles to look a bit more realistic. I always hated how short the one lens was compared to the other, so I cut it down to the bottom half of the stock lens, and made a new lens out of some PVC pipe and plastic sheeting. I replaced all the fake screws with real ones, added some labels, knobs, a D-ring to hang it off my belt, some padding from a cheap smartphone VR headset, and gave it a repaint with some weathering, as the original "granny smith apple" green paint job with a few silver streaks was just ghastly.

Mainly went for a custom look, but based off of how they looked in Afterlife, though I may add some actual Polaroid parts in the future. I also decided to scrap the original single green LED, as I never really cared for that feature all that much.

This is excellent. I’m modding the goggles myself and am looking at Vive headset foam replacement too, this proofs my concept and it’s from a fellow RPFer no less!
