Rambo III C4 Detonator Lens?

Hi

I am trying to recreate the C4 Detonator from Rambo III. We all know the Props guys tended to repurposed stuff that already existed, does anybody have an idea, what these red lenses (the large ones) came from....The kinda look like rear reflectors, but they are not. Any help or info would be very much appreciated .

I contacted the guy in California who made the very 1st Blade Runner Blaster Props Replica
...just can't remember his name.
had to forget the project as he asked way too much

Got there...Not 100% screen accurate, but as close as I could get them.
