Had an amazing time at Daisho Con in Wisconsin Dells, WI this weekend. Cosplayed as Batman, with my girlfriend as Catwoman. No Photos with her have been posted yet but here are the ones I have grabbed so far. If you like our pictures please like our page at C&C Cosplay

Here's my most recent version, based off the Bat in the Sun's Batman

New cape added to my outfit!

I have a question for all the Begins people. Something about my kit....just seems off. I dunno if I'm just too skinny, or I'm not wearing the torso armor right. I know you RPF people have an amazing eye for detail so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah, the cape should be attached using triangle shaped cape clips. Also the gauntlets are wrong. That said, the suit still looks pretty good & the torso armor looks to mount really well to the under suit. What did you use as and under suit & how did u attached the armor?

Indeed it is. Cape clips are in the mail actually.

Thank you, as of right now it's a budget build as I don't have the funds to set it up 100 % at the moment. Gauntlets are TDK styled as I was working on a foam verson back in the day, I'll be ordering begins styled ones eventually. The torso is actually not mounted at the moment, but rather attached with strapping untill I get an actual undersuit (though I'm kinda partial to this at the moment as it makes cleaning everything a freakin breeze.)
The undersuit at the moment is just a cold weather underarmor long sleeve top.

How did you attach the straps to the chest armor? I have the chest armor myself & I'm trying to avoid gluing it to the under suit for precisely the reason you mention, cleaning. I was thinking of using heavy duty Velcro

My fiberglass cowl, arkham style :p I hope to make a entire suit soon

By the way, the cowl was made by Guillermo Ibarra, good friend of mine

Here is the latest incarnation of my Bat suit. The cowl was made by Tiger Stone FX, the dye sub suit by Brulafu Disgiuses and the gauntlets by Corbus props. Bat9.jpgBat7.jpgBat6.jpgBat5.jpgBat4.jpgBat8.jpg
