This guy is all finished now.
The breather mask snaps onto the main mask using popper fasteners so was able to do away with the under harness. The dendrils just detach from their connectors.
The whole costume is being unveiled at Invasion Belfast 3 at the beginning of October so I'll post up some pics with the costume then.

Beyond speechless and stunned by your craftmanship, a true work of art. This is a masterful creation and I am beyond words!!!!!
 
i've long been a fan of master plo's design, and this is a superb example of it....

i'd love to see this on top of a full costume (specifically his cloak from the season 2 finale of the clone wars)
