Pee-Wee's Big Adventure Bike

Molds look great Ryan. Can't wait to see the final product. Started on my center skirt today. Decided to go with plastic instead of MDF or metal. Think I bought a piece of plastic that is too thick. .220 clear acrylic plastic. I'll see how it comes out tomorrow.

Yeah I found it at the la.r.s.
It's funny. I think the guy thought it was a real biker patch. Haha.

Yeah just the one. I couldn't believe my eyes! Doidboy and I were just talking about it like the day before. I told him I'm ashamed to admit what I paid lol. I'll probably scan it or see about having some made later so don't worry guys! I figured it would be good trading material ;)

Here are a bunch of screen shots of the patch from the movie. I collected them before the Blu Ray so the resolution is a bit low:

This appears to be the patch below the club name:

Small update on my center console. I started cleaning it up and installed the hinge. Just need to mount the fun and build the base for it to mount to the fender. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1403022907.717048.jpg

Yep. It's a bit bigger of a hinge but the museum bike had it's lid broken off and I didn't want that to happen on mine. I'm also going to put a couple magnets in place to keep it shut.

Here it is with the fin:

Well at least I know it's the right one. I still can't tell the difference between pre war

On that one you could have done a search by the serial number. There is a website with all of the serial number info on it.

This is why it's against the rules to post auctions that aren't yours. Good luck though Ollin!
It's against the rules to post ebay links, not informational numbers that happen to coincide with an auction.

If the rear fork dropout on the frame is hooked like modern bikes it is post war. if its a rear facing dropout it, prewar. the dropout area is the slot the rear axle goes into.

I go away for a while & dayum, people have been busy.

Ryan & Gregg, bags are looking great!

Ollin, sweet patch. I was planning on getting a back rocker like it made for months, but it just got put on the back burner. I didn't realize that there were vintage ones floating around though.

I'll let everyone know when I make some patches.

Hey so if anyone wants to get that other frame. Go for it. I scored one from abe. Thanks bro. It's starting to look like a bike now. I think I might be able to snag a bunch of stuff from my uncle's 80's schwinn too! Seat, crank rims headset sprocket etc.uploadfromtaptalk1403304413257.jpguploadfromtaptalk1403304431105.jpg
