I know the origin of this display comes from an actual production mold, (I have it in my possession) but I didn't make it, nor do I know what film it was used in.
Essentially the head was in 2 pieces when i acquired it, each piece being poorly foam filled. I repaired it best I could with glue, and popsicle sticks for support. I then filled in the gaps with modeling foam. The only image of it pre restoration/paint I have is just the face section. It was originally very bright green and red, which is why the bottom section is green.
