I've got the cheapy springer and the gas blowback. And I've got to say, firing off the gas blowback at full-auto is a blast. Worth the price. The trick is, if there are no bb's in the magazine, is to hold down the catch on the left hand side with your thumb. Otherwise, the slide locks in the open position. Just like the real deal.
