A-MAZE-ING!!!.....the high level of detail would put a pep built project to shame, when you consider it's all hand crafted from cardboard and duct tape......well...the pictures and positive feedback from the rpf members speak volumes for your craftmanship.

I might "borrow":rolleyes some of your ideas for the elbow,knee joints etc as they are genius to try and complete my own iron man built that has stalled a bit

ps are you also the amazing spiderman costume guy too....as that costume is the stuff of legend:cool

I know you said that you used shelving foam as an inner layer, but what did you specifically do to do that? Is it like a an Under Armor like mesh suit? I notice in one picture you have a bungee like string connected to the chest plate, is that correct? How do you get in and out of that suit?
