Good article. I've read numerous times that the tone of Lincoln's voice was considerably higher than the deep baritone that's been used in most productions over the years, and was hoping Spielberg and Lewis would stray from tradition and go with a more accurate representation.
I'm looking forward to this one but sincerely hope it doesn't have the BS spin a lot of these historical dramas tend to have. Lincoln was a human, not a God. He was also a politician so despite legend he did lie and he did manipulate. These were all parts of a great man.
