JABBA'S SAIL BARGE 1/6 SCALE

Ok so I've finished 'painting' the hull...feels much more like a bronze sculpture than a paint job...I'm super happy with it. And the verdigris can be buffed out so u can leave as much as u want. I want it to look a bit moth balled, hanging in the cave, waiting to be called into service but I will definitely clean it up a bit more

Also got the first sail structure completed. I will attach the sail cloth before fixing them to the mast

So, it's not far off being done now...got all the deck stuff finished and gave the handrail a waxed wood effect.

Really just the sails to sort out...figuring out how best to tension the canvas and sew the seams

Oh wow! This is amazing! If I had not seen the earlier pics I would have thought this was built out of metal. Fantastic job! Could not have been cheap with the wood prices what they are at now.
