Imperial Shuttle Pilot help

Parts of Star Wars on FB had a thread going and the whole page got nuked.
There was an interesting thread about the Shuttle Pilots from Mandalorian S2 finale on what was used.

The pistol was the smaller Stormtroopers pistol.
The flighsuit may be a tie suit.
The vest, can't remember now but it was a found model and was posted.
The headgear was a large topic that was going back and forth and then the page disappeared.

Can anybody help with vest clues and such?

Interesting that their jumpsuits are grey instead of black.
Tactical vest over a quilted vest.

Head covering reminds me of Russian tankers.

Yea, someone had posted a link for the correct one but the info is gone.

I think that's probably correct on the flight suit being grey or a darker grey.....possibly black but faded?

The vest looks like there's a padded vest and collar underneath too.

As for the vest pockets, I need to find more info on what was molded on it. I do remember seeing a holster on the front that held the smaller blaster.

Potential basis for making the helmet could be the British L12.
The center strip, oval openings and closed over ears (w/ greeblies) would need to be added.

I think the helmets are made out of suede with fabric in the openings.

Looks like the back of the vest collar is also suede.

Having a dark grey jumpsuit fits in with the pilots having the grey with the survival / utility vest like Bodhi Rook in Rogue One.

Blaster scope is broken.

My vest just arrived.
I think we have a winner.

The belt looks correct.
The pouches in the left accept for the top compass pouch are held on with velcro and there is a small holster on the back that could be moved to the front, if there is one there besides hanging off the belt.
The shotgun loops are also held by velcro.

Some notes on what to remove or mod.

Remove the following:
Radio / Compass pouch (left shoulder).
Plastic Rings off shoulders and cross straps.
Velcro on right utility pouch (holding shell strip in place)
Velcro accessory holder off back.
Drag Handle.
Top 3 mags in left breast (just Velcro-ed on)
2 Mags on belt.
Velcro on shoulders used to adjust length (not entirely sure what they did there)
Remove the 6 side adjustment straps.

Mods:
Add new window pouch w/ greeblie on left breast
Not sure what they did at the shoulders and with the side adjustment straps.
Insert panel added where adjustment straps where.
Lower left mag pouches may have been replaced. ???
Holster added to belt.

The 6 side / back adjuster straps where removed and a insert panel was added.

Unlike the normal Imp / Rebel jumpsuits this one doesn't have the window pocket or wrist comm on the left sleeve.

Looking at the one pic where the arms are crossed.......possibly the zipper was removed at maybe just the clips used to hold it closed?

Yes it was most likely removed.
It would only take a few minutes to do.

Just came across this pic showing that the back waist on the jumpsuit has elastic in it for more form fit.
