Fabs homemade Indiana Jones Props

The cherubs are finally finished. 3d printed and a lot of sanding and filling. Painted with golden chrome spray paint. So off to the underconstruction. The parts are at least all printed and the corpus assembled.

I stiched together the dial for the Dod alarmclock in PS from a couple of others. The corpus is from an original Bivox painted with Edding mellow mint matt spraypaint. The hands are really hard to get of though. Even with tools for that.

Damn. I need a full size ark so bad. It's my favorite movie piece of all time. Whats the status and info on that piece? Looking good!

How did you find the retirement clock? I've been looking forever?

Some time ago I made a small version of the window of the library in Venice out of Plexiglas. And later a slightly larger version in A4. But it always looked naked in the showcase. A friend has now given me the inspiration to upgrade it. I cut a frame out of foam boards and painted it in several passes with acrylic paints. The stonestructure is pushed in with alufoil and I put a white piece of paper behind it to better see the colors.
Oh yeah! I'm liking that a lot. Where did you find the champagne glass? Thats pretty awesome.

Was a long road and still slowly progressing. The worst part is still to come. Filling and sanding the ark. The timeline ist till summerish
