I always use a cyanoacrilato glue that is used for leather in my foam builds and its very good because of the clean seems. When i want to reforce some parts i put the hot glue in the back where nobody can see it, :)
Oh, and for pepakura i use a good pva glue we have here in Brasil called Cascorez that glues fast and i never had problems.

Wow...all these suits look amazing...i hope mine looks half as good...i gwt my new printer tomorrow...old one **** the bed on me mid print...i should be starting my very first build next weekend...wish me luck

I finally finished my helmet! :p Since i'm waiting for the v2 files i decided to take the helmet and hands to completion, my helmet is on my deviantart and im still workin on the hands

i over looked them i didnt see where all the files were in one link. Just to be sure these are foam correct? or can the be made with card stock also? im looking for card stock Thanks

usually they bought it from marikina bro. . .mura dun and i think other cosplayers here in out country.

it's quite far from my place so i had to buy those foam from upholster supplies, which cost me 350 pesos (i think $7 if converted) 8ft long and 6mm thick. . .
